Reachsy ("Reachsy", "we", "us", or "our") is an engagement and distribution platform operated by Aurelia Innovatives that helps businesses connect with their customers on WhatsApp. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website at reachsy.in, our application at app.reachsy.in, and our related services (together, the "Services").

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you create an account, we collect details such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, and login credentials.

Contact and audience data. Businesses using Reachsy may upload contact lists (such as names, phone numbers, and tags) to run campaigns and manage conversations. This data belongs to the business that uploads it, and we process it on their behalf.

Messages and campaign data. We process the content, templates, media, and delivery metadata (sent, delivered, read, failed) of messages sent and received through the Services, so that features like the team inbox, analytics, and failure diagnostics work.

Usage and device data. We automatically collect log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, actions taken in the app, and timestamps. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

Payment information. If you purchase a paid plan, payment details are handled by our payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

2. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services, including sending broadcasts and powering the shared team inbox.
  • Show delivery, read, and click analytics for your campaigns.
  • Protect sender reputation, for example through smart pacing, rate limiting, and automated opt-out handling.
  • Communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.
  • Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, spam, and security incidents.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. WhatsApp and Meta

Reachsy delivers messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform. When you use the Services, message content and related metadata are also processed by WhatsApp and its parent company Meta Platforms, Inc. in accordance with their own terms and privacy policies. We encourage you to review the WhatsApp Business terms and the Meta privacy policy to understand how they handle your data.

4. Data Processed on Behalf of Businesses

Where a business uses Reachsy to message its customers, that business is the controller of its contact and conversation data, and Reachsy acts as a processor. We process such data only to provide the Services and per the instructions of the business. If you are a customer of a business that uses Reachsy and want to access, correct, or delete your data, please contact that business directly. You can also opt out of receiving messages at any time, for example by replying with an opt-out keyword such as "STOP".

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:

  • With service providers who help us run the Services (such as hosting, payment processing, and messaging infrastructure), bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • With WhatsApp / Meta as required to deliver messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform.
  • When required by law, legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Reachsy, our users, or others.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. When a business deletes contacts, conversations, or its account, we delete or anonymize the associated data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal data, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

8. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Account holders can exercise many of these rights directly in the app, or by contacting us using the details below. We will respond to verified requests within the timeframes required by applicable law.

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the Services are used. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features of the Services.

10. Children

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the Services before the changes take effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when this policy was most recently revised.
